Oma's House is a peaceful retreat with historic charm, centrally located, and minutes away from the Abilene Convention Center, Downtown, SODA District, Abilene Christian University, and Hendricks Hospital North. The property features a large fenced in back yard, gazebo with outdoor seating and basketball court. Balls and chalk are provided for an impromptu game of hopscotch or four square. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils, as well as basic spices.

The fully renovated railcar and caboose are connected by a large back patio that boasts one of the most spectacular views in Taylor County. Haven on Bacon is a comfortable & entertaining space with a 2-minute scoot to ACU. Pets are welcomed. The open living space inside and out is great for gatherings and entertaining but can also be used for quiet restoration. This haven is only a 3-minute drive to Hardin Simmons and the hospital. The house is newly remodeled with a ton of amenities such as a ping-pong table, scooters, games for inside and out and much more -- it's everything you would want a home away from home to be!

Country cabin close to the city

The cabin is located on a gated and fenced six acre property just outside of Buffalo Gap offering great security to our guests. It’s a quiet country place but only 10 miles from the Mall of Abilene. It’s very close to the Abilene state park, the historic village, Beltway Park Church, Wylie and Jim Ned Schools, and the world famous Perini Steakhouse. It is about 20 minutes from ACU or HSU. The property and surrounding area is great for walks and there is a Dollar General close by.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a full size with a twin trundle to sleep up to 3 guests, and bedroom 3 has a king size bed. We can happily accommodate families, while also providing a space for relaxing and retreating from your daily routine.

Simple 2 bedroom duplex (pet friendly but no cats)

Simple, but beautiful and comfortable place to stay. You will be staying in one apartment of a duplex. We accept pets, but no cats due to our allergy, sorry!! Only 7 minutes away from downtown Abilene (by car), where you can find amazing cafes (Front Porch Cafe, Monk's cafe), and restaurants (Vagabond Pizza, The Local). There is also an air mattress that you can use for the 5th and 6th person. Thank you!!
