One of its greatest attractions, however, is its location; only a 20 minute walk to Historic Old Town Plaza. Sorry no pets!

Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. Relax and unwind in this historic Old Town bungalow from the 1920's! Perfectly located to enjoy what Albuquerque has to offer or as a calm base to explore. This craftsman bungalow was built by the Sawmill in 1926 as employee housing. It’s a private home, walking distance from Old Town plaza, the museums, parks & downtown Albuquerque. Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
